• Performance of a contract (your case) and consent (marketing, which you can withdraw at any time).
• We collect only what the chosen path needs.
• Vendors (hosting, WhatsApp, AI) process data under contract and only to run the service.

Security

• Documents stay in an authenticated area, with random file names and a log of who downloaded them.
• Encrypted connection (HTTPS) and a lockout after repeated login attempts.

Your rights

• In the portal, under My data, you download a copy of your data and can ask for deletion.
• On WhatsApp, send stop to leave marketing; messages about an active case continue.
• We answer requests within 15 days. Data required by law or tied to an ongoing case may be kept for the legal period.
